Lead the operation. Support the team. Keep customers moving. Mansfield Service Partners is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to supervise and support our Offsite Equipment field service technicians across Texas.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands mechanical equipment, enjoys working in the field, and knows how to keep a service team organized, productive, and accountable. You’ll oversee the day-to-day activities of our Texas technicians while also stepping into the field to assist with troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and inspections of fuel and lubricant equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise, coach, and support field service technicians across Texas locations.
- Coordinate daily schedules, job assignments, priorities, and technician coverage.
- Provide hands‑on field support for the installation, repair, inspection, and troubleshooting of fuel and lubricant systems.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, safety compliance, and timely completion of service work.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for technician, customer, equipment, and job‑related issues.
- Conduct field inspections of tanks, pumps, hoses, dispensers, and related equipment.
- Oversee parts inventory, warehouse organization, and equipment readiness.
- Manage service vehicle readiness, including maintenance, inspections, registrations, and repairs.
- Monitor Samsara safety activity and coach technicians on safe driving practices.
- Support technician hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and timekeeping.
- Partner with dispatch and internal teams to coordinate services, deliveries, and pickups.
- Identify opportunities to improve field processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of mechanical experience with automotive equipment, industrial machinery, valves, pumps, or similar equipment.
- 3+ years of experience with fuel and lubricant pumps, nozzles, fittings, and related systems.
- 2+ years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring field crews or technicians.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in the field and hold team members accountable.
- Experience with Samsara or similar fleet telematics and field service software preferred.
- TWIC card preferred.
Schedule & Travel
- Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required. Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%.
Physical Requirements
- This is a hands‑on field position that includes work in outdoor environments and exposure to dirt, dust, noise, fumes, humidity, and mechanical equipment. Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and perform the physical activities necessary to inspect, troubleshoot, and service equipment.
