Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management with supervisory/field experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask daily responsibilities.
• Flexibility to cover rotating emergency assignments.
• Strong communication with supervisors, customers, and field personnel.
• Demonstrated supervisory capability and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Front-line direct field supervision of hourly construction and field service employees.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of construction pipeline.
• Plan, schedule, and inspect the work of employees.
• Regular contact with customers to resolve gas service issues and ensure service levels.
• Perform duties with a strong focus on safety.
• Coordinate daily emergency response logistics.
