Job summary

Washington Gas is seeking a Supervisor, Field Operations to lead daily field activities ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our natural gas distribution system. This role oversees field crews, coordinates maintenance, and responds to emergencies while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.

Based in Springfield, VA, the position requires 5+ years in related field, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license; on-call rotations and shift flexibility are included,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience, preferably in natural gas or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to supervise and develop employees.
• Knowledge of pipeline construction, operations, maintenance, and emergency response procedures.
