Qualifications

• Supervisory and leadership skills, including team management and conflict resolution.
• Operational planning to manage schedules and workloads across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, floor care, and safety with cleaning chemicals/equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to assess site conditions, conduct quality inspections, and implement corrective actions.
• Basic computer skills for documenting activities, using scheduling tools, and preparing reports.
• Valid driver's license to travel between client sites.
• Experience in facility maintenance or janitorial supervision preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities
