Position: Field Supervisor
Location: Edenton NC
Pay: Based upon experience

Company Profile:

Telecommunications construction company founded in 2014. Currently located in seven (7) markets within the southeastern United States, providing construction services for industry leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organizing materials, equipment, and labor
2. Assisting in providing all required job reporting
3. Completing as-builts and redlines
4. Communicating job status with customers and being responsive to requests
5. Ensuring safety practices are observed by all crews
6. Reporting, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of a project
7. Performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance (may work independently)
8. Evaluating teammate performance and developing growth plans
9. Documenting counseling, warnings, and terminations

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 2 years in construction coordination or supervision
• Experience in project management and development of telecommunication infrastructure projects or consolidations
• Knowledge of building permit processes, material ordering, and tracking
• Understanding of construction documents and closeout documentation
• Strong project management, leadership, and risk mitigation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of industry-related software
