Job summary

• Successful completion of required training by Performance Energy Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team, providing coaching and development.
• Review bids, blueprints, and schedules to understand scope.
• Oversee daily progress to ensure safety and quality.
• Suggest improvements to programs and procedures.
• Plan installation and construction of equipment and structures.
• Maintain crew time and material records.
• Report problems and coordinate with management.
• Enforce safety rules and wear PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
