Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• 5+ years in Oil & Gas industry preferred.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience with Adobe, Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
• Successful completion of required training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team through training and coaching.
• Assist the Superintendent with departmental activities.
• Read and interpret specifications, blueprints and data.
• Coordinate movement of goods and services to production.
• Address staff questions and service/equipment requests.
• Monitor locations and utilization of personnel and equipment.
• Prepare work orders and determine required resources.
• Adhere to safety rules and incident reporting.
• Wear PPE and follow safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
