Qualifications

• Ten years of pipe experience with at least five years as Journeyman.
• Completion of safety certifications such as OSHA 10 or Safety Council programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office.
• Travel to project sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the work activities within assigned construction crafts to meet schedules.
• Approve or coordinate craft personnel, material and equipment for schedules.
• Support project management with planning and utilization of proper means and methods.
• Analyze situations, forecast problems and recommend actions.
• Ensure all work remains within scope and complies with safety and requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training and development opportunities for personnel.
• Maintain craft certification, training, and technical knowledge for assignment scope.
• Adhere to company and client policies and OSHA safety requirements.
• Coordinate with other trades and manage interfaces.
• Travel to job sites as required.
