Job summary

Kinder Morgan seeks an Operations Specialist for the Hamilton, AL Compressor Station, part of the Tennessee Natural Gas system. The role focuses on installation, operation, and maintenance of pipelines, compression equipment and related facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree a plus.
• Experience in operation/maintenance of pipelines or compressor systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pipelines, compressors and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair engines, pumps, valves and instruments.
• Ensure safe, efficient performance and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with landowners, officials and third parties as needed.
• Maintain documentation and participate in safety programs.
