MickeyValentine LLC is seeking a dependable Field Operations Route Specialist to support our expanding operations across New York, New Jersey, and the surrounding tri-state area. The role requires visiting multiple business locations daily, servicing company equipment, and completing assigned tasks with accuracy while communicating issues to management.

This hands-on field position involves long days on the road, significant driving, and routes with 30–40 stops.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Experience in route work or field service is a plus.
• Comfortable long days, heavy driving and weekend work when required.
• Able to follow a structured daily route and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

MickeyValentine LLC is seeking a dependable, trustworthy and self-motivated Field Operations Route Specialist to support our growing operation throughout New York, New Jersey and the surrounding tri-state area.

This is a hands-on field position for someone who is comfortable working independently, spending significant time on the road and completing a high-volume daily route. The right candidate will be responsible for visiting multiple business locations each day, servicing company equipment, completing assigned tasks accurately and communicating with management when issues arise.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 desk job. Routes can involve long days, significant driving, changing traffic conditions and occasional weekend work. Candidates must be comfortable handling approximately 30-40 stops on busy days and staying focused without constant supervision.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Able to follow a structured daily route and complete it fully
• Comfortable driving throughout the tri-state area
• Willing to work longer days when routes require it
• Available for weekend work when needed

• Comfortable troubleshooting basic equipment issues
• Physically capable of moving and handling equipment when necessary
• Professional when interacting with business owners, managers and staff

A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.

Experience in route work, delivery, field service, event setup, logistics, vending, equipment service or similar work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
