You will support classroom operations, coordinate lesson plans, manage weekly schedules, and maintain accurate records within a 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM window at $35/hr, based in Visalia, CA. This chargeable role requires U.S. work authorization and prior school/after-school experience.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in Field Operations or a similar coordinator role.
• Direct experience working in a school or after-school environment.
• Solid understanding of ASES and ELOP program frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory and operational compliance across all sites using ASES and ELOP.
• Oversee on-site supervision at partner schools during designated hours.
• Coordinate and review lesson plans to maintain program quality and standards.
• Attend weekly alignment meetings and independently build your site visitation schedule.
• Oversee site administrative tasks, including accurate record-keeping and sign-out sheets.
• Handle confidential program data, school directories, and student information securely.
