Job summary

Arrived is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance / Inspector in Central Oregon to perform on-site inspections and maintenance across vacation rental properties. You will identify issues, troubleshoot, and complete repairs to keep homes guest-ready and safe.

The role requires general maintenance knowledge, ability to use basic tools, and comfort documenting inspections via mobile apps. Contractors operate independently with emphasis on safety and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

General property maintenance experience
Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
Ability to document inspections with mobile apps
Comfort working independently in field conditions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Complete general property maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve common plumbing, electrical, appliance, lock, door, furniture, and household issues
Perform minor carpentry, hardware, fixture, and property repairs
Troubleshoot TVs, Wi-Fi, remotes, appliances, and other guest-use equipment
Inspect BBQs, propane, outdoor areas, and property equipment for safety
Perform pre-arrival and post-departure inspections
Identify and document damages, maintenance needs, safety concerns, and housekeeping issues
Complete repairs during inspections when possible
Create, update, and complete maintenance work orders
Ensure properties meet Arrived's guest readiness and maintenance standards
Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, owner services, and guest services for repairs
Occasionally assist with urgent guest-related maintenance issues in the field
