Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in Project Management or a BA/BS in Engineering/Architecture.
• Expert knowledge of building types, systems, space management, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction oversight and facilities operations and maintenance at the Hilo site and Field Station.
• Coordinate facilities activities between two science centers and regions.
• Document site visits with photos and reports; monitor progress and item actions.
