Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, federal/industrial renovations preferred.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and ensure project profitability.
• Direct teams and manage logistics including weather and remote access.
• Apply construction expertise with a safety focus and risk mitigation.
• Supervise complex projects and mentor staff for high-stakes work.
• Lead teams to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Develop budgets, work plans and subcontractor oversight per specs.
• Champion safety culture and handle reporting, invoicing and approvals.
• Understand electrical distribution, mechanical/HVAC/plumbing and regulations.
• Adjust schedules as needed and communicate risks and successes.
