Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Field Support Administrator to plan, coordinate, and support construction projects for restoration, maintenance, and deployment of OSP fiber infrastructure. You will collaborate with Field Operations, Engineering, contractors, and project management to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role requires 4+ years in OSP/ISP construction or project coordination, travel up to 30-40%, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in OSP/ISP construction, engineering support, or project coordination.
• Experience with fiber network deployments (FTTx, GPON) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of underground, buried, and aerial fiber construction and related infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Field Operations and contractors to support project planning and restoration efforts.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through invoicing and completion.
• Ensure activities align with timelines, scope, and company standards.
