Kas Cleaning in Plano, TX is seeking a hands-on Field Operations Manager to lead residential cleaning crews and drive growth from five to seven teams. You will hire, train, and coach field staff, perform daily quality inspections, and own productivity metrics to keep crews efficient.

This role requires daily field presence, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with field-service software (Jobber). A Spanish preference is noted and a strong focus on growth and quality is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising cleaning, janitorial, or home-service crews.
• Experience hiring and training frontline employees.
• Willing to be in the field daily for inspections and problem solving.
• Able to run a consistent quality-inspection process.
• Familiar with field-service software (Jobber).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
