Job summary

WestLand, a Trinity Consultants Team, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations for maintenance projects in the Orlando area. You will coordinate with crews, foremen, and management to meet client requirements and uphold quality standards.

The role emphasizes budgeting, on-site supervision, safety compliance, bid coordination, and timely reporting, with close collaboration across administration, sales, and property managers.

Qualifications

• Ability to relate well with people, individually and in groups.
• Basic office skills, composing letters, organizing, evaluation, planning, typing, etc. Full understanding and use of Microsoft WORD and Microsoft EXCEL.
• Knowledge in laws relating to green industry standards as they relate to landscape maintenance.
• Supervisory and administrative experience as demonstrated upon application to the Company.
• Understanding of basic financial reports and meeting procedures required by the Company
• Clean driver's license a must
• Crew and account management required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and attend on-site meetings with property managers and owners for maintenance requests.
• Compile monthly management report.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and emergencies with crews, foremen, and contractors.
• Assist with annual maintenance budget development.
• Schedule regular inspections per contract standards.
• Respond to requests and complaints in writing or by telephone.
• Be knowledgeable of federal, state, and local regulations affecting maintenance procedures and safety.
• Develop and implement training technologies, tools, and safety measures in the field.
• Review and approve bills and coordinate their collection with Administration & Finance.
• Coordinate information and assist other departments as required.
• Advise on additional work and coordinate with Sales before committing labor resources.
