Umbrella Property Services in Mokena, IL is seeking a Field Operations Manager for landscape and snow operations. This is a field role, not a desk job, requiring crew supervision experience in commercial settings.

About the Job

Umbrella Property Services is hiring a Field Operations Manager for landscape and snow operations in Mokena, IL. Pay is $85,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience, plus a performance bonus and a $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus. You need crew supervision experience in commercial landscaping, snow removal, property services, or construction. This is a field job, not a desk job.

• You bring commercial landscape and snow management experience, which we strongly prefer.
