Service Experts is seeking an Operations Manager in Hillsborough Township, NJ to develop, support, and manage our HVAC and Plumbing teams. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate service and scheduling activities, and ensure top-tier service to customers.

This role reports to the General Manager. The ideal candidate holds New Jersey Plumbing and HVAC Master licenses, brings 6+ years of field experience, and has prior service management or supervisory experience.

Formación

• New Jersey Plumbing and HVAC Master licenses are required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and to instruct others.
• Industry knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing service fields.
• Minimum of 6 years proven field experience in HVAC/Plumbing.
• Experience as service manager or supervisory role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules, directs and provides technical support for technicians to meet service demands and customers' expectations.
• Supervises and directs technicians in repair, replacement, installation and related duties to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reviews technician work for quality, safety and productivity and recommends improvements.
• Responsible for technician performance appraisals and improvement goals.
• Establishes and maintains training programs for up-to-date service techniques and safety procedures.
• Coordinates with dispatch on scheduling by skill level and efficiency; communicates project status and labor usage.
• Manages budgets, goals and departmental profitability; oversees invoices and cash flow.
• Oversees service vehicles and ensures proper maintenance and inventory.
