Job summary

• - Plan and lead corn seed production programs across contracted growers and company-operated locations, converting crop plans into safe, high-quality, cost-effective seasonal execution from field placement through harvest.
• - Own grower relationship strategy for the assigned territory, including recruitment, contracting, performance management, and development of a grower portfolio that reliably delivers required volume, quality, and service.
• - Lead and develop agronomists and field technicians, setting clear priorities, building accountability, and strengthening team capability through hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
