2 Brothers Moving & Delivery is seeking a full-time Field Operations Manager skilled in creating efficient systems and managing people to exceed client expectations. This role is vital for scaling our high-demand business while maintaining our brand and culture standards.

Role (Duties):

This role will perform the following functions regularly:

• Field Leadership (70%) - Manage daily crew activities, lead moving projects, and exemplify staff performance.
• Crew Management (10%) - Manage, teach, coach, and mentor field staff.
• Operations & Logistics (15%) - Oversee daily operations, scheduling, estimates, and site surveys.
• Culture Leadership (5%) - Uphold our core values and set an example for field operations.

This position reports to the Operations Manager and supervises over 25 personnel.

Goal Posts:

The ideal candidate will:

1. Increase crew lead insurance sales ratio to 32% or higher.
2. Reduce damage claim rate to 5% or lower.
3. Maintain a 5-star customer review ratio of 42%.
4. Increase materials accountability and sales to 90% of all moves.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will:

• Be team-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, with field leadership experience, and able to hold teams accountable.
• Be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Have experience in assertive people management and proactive delegation, especially with entry-level staff.
• Have a focus on personal improvement and continuous learning.
• Industry experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Compensation:

Base pay ranges from $27/hr to $35/hr, DOE, plus tips (~$4/hr), performance bonuses (~$2/hr), and listed benefits.
