DN LLC is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead regional staffing for tank-building projects. You will align safety, quality, and productivity goals while coordinating traveling crews and internal partners to hire, train, and retain field workers.

Responsibilities include planning staffing, allocating resources, partnering on training, and driving onboarding to support project performance and learning across the region.

Qualifications

• At least five years of construction industry experience.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan staffing for projects using internal staff, union, and local resources.
• Allocate personnel to maximize project performance and learning.
• Partner with Learning & Development to design tank builder training.
• Foster effective feedback and coach tank builders on jobsites.
• Support field operations through process design and execution.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding traveling tank builders.
