Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Hr and OSHA 30 Hr certifications; PCI Field Auditor preferred.
• College degree (4 years) or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Experience: 5–7+ years in related field.
• Supervisory experience: 3–5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Directs subcontractors and employees to complete projects on time, safely, and within budget.
• Develops and maintains production plans including labor hours, cycles, and costs.
• Establishes production and quality standards and monitors delivery dates of products.
• Coordinates erection and field service activities with other functions to optimize resources.
