Job summary

TrueNorth Steel is looking for a Field Operations Manager based in Lubbock, TX or remote from Dallas, TX. This role involves overseeing field execution across various jobsites while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Strong leadership, field planning, and safety protocols are essential.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including managing multiple crews, and should be OSHA certified. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in commercial/industrial construction preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field execution across multiple active jobsites.
• Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Plan and execute work scheduling across multiple locations.

Skills

Strong field planning and crew coordination skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Proven safety leadership

Organizational skills for manpower scheduling

Education

High school diploma or GED

Trade schooling or construction management coursework
