Benchmark Companies, LLC is seeking an Installation Field Superintendent to lead our regional mulch installation division and drive safety, quality, and productivity on daily operations. This frontline leadership role unifies crews and supports the field team.

You will train staff, enforce safety procedures, plan and inspect jobs, develop improvement plans, and coordinate with office and management functions.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster camaraderie and teamwork among installation crews.
• Train and enforce safety procedures and policies.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Oversee training and development of installation staff.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure crews have a clear scope of work and proper equipment.
• Review and continuously improve installation plans.
• Conduct pre-installation inspections for new jobs.
