Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in landscape management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and safety protocols.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for coordinating with crew and account managers.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to obtain Landscape Technician certification within six months.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality results.
• Develop and implement landscape maintenance plans meeting client specifications and enhancing aesthetics.
• Coordinate scheduling of projects to ensure timely completion and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and provide guidance to team members.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; order materials as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess landscape conditions and identify improvements.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices, safety, and customer service.
• Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards across all projects.
