Qualifications

• Minimum of five years as a Superintendent overseeing construction projects.
• Certifications including HAZWOPER, OSHA 10/30, Pipelayer's Card, Excavation Safety, Confined Space Entry, Blueprint Reading, CPR/First Aid.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and field tech (iPad/iPhone).
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze plans, specs, and contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to manage project needs and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support General Superintendent in safety training and culture.
• Ensure quality standards; inspect materials and field work for compliance.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors; manage scheduling and daily reports.
• Control change orders, extra work, and project budgets; monitor overall efficiency.
• Lead meetings and communicate project status to leadership; mentor field staff.
