Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business or technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including management of service operations.
• Strong project management skills and financial acumen.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across organizational levels.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; experience in service business models.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SaaS literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales volumes and profitability for whole goods, parts, and services with channel partners.
• Lead and communicate business strategy; develop materials to drive product adoption.
• Serve as primary liaison to channel aftermarket service teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction, OSAT/NPS, and continuous operational improvements.
• Coordinate field programs, travel for in-market visits, and performance reviews.
