Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and controlling local construction, operations, and maintenance within budget.
• Ensure EPA Partnership for Safe Water goals are met on a period-by-period basis.
• Supervise the implementation of standards, targets, policies, and plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and direct cost effective solutions to meet customers’ expectations and technical requirements.
• Implement effective reporting processes and provide analysis to leadership.
• Coach and develop employees, fostering diversity and teamwork.
• Communicate across levels to mitigate risks and share knowledge.
