Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Comfortable performing basic handyman tasks.
• Physically capable of lifting 30 lbs and being active for most of the workday.
• Availability to work SAT/SUN/MON.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead property turnovers and oversee apartment preparation.
• Own onsite readiness by assembling furniture and troubleshooting.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and housekeeping staff.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure quality.
• Drive efficiency by managing inventory stock and supplies.
