Job summary

Goodwill NYNJ is seeking a Supervision Manager to lead a team delivering OPWDD Medicaid Waiver funded SEMP services for individuals with I/DD across NYC work sites. You will supervise ~12 DSP staff and manage a combined caseload of about 150 participants, ensuring high-quality community placements and program outcomes.

Responsibilities include daily operations oversight, compliance with funding and billing guidelines, staff training, and strong collaboration with employers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in OPWDD Waiver Programming or SEMP is desirable.
• Proficient with Excel to manage data and create charts/graphs.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Experience with ID/MH populations is beneficial.
• Strong computer skills including Office suite and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for SEMP services and DSP staff.
• Oversee approximately 12 DSP-Job Coaching staff; manage a caseload of ~150 participants.
• Ensure compliance with OPWDD, OMIG, and program guidelines.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and accurate billing support.
• Foster employer relationships to support participant placement and retention.
• Travel to field sites to supervise staff and ensure program quality.
