Job summary

IronWatch Security is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee field operations, enforce post orders, and ensure officer accountability across assigned accounts. You will conduct site inspections, verify credential compliance, and provide hands-on coaching to maintain staff readiness and client satisfaction.

This role requires frequent travel between client sites, flexible schedules including evenings and weekends, and the ability to respond quickly to staffing shortages or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must maintain all required state licensing/certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations Oversight: conduct routine site visits, verify post orders, and inspect officer performance.
• Staffing & Coverage: assist in locating staffing, stand post when needed, and ensure coverage during shifts.
• Officer Support: escalate concerns, provide coaching, and document incidents per procedures.
• Travel: frequent site-to-site travel and potential overnight stays.
