Job summary

A security services company is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to oversee branch operations and manage Field Officers. Your role will involve training, evaluations, and effective incident response to ensure excellence and compliance. Qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver's and security license, along with 2-3 years of security experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive security experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must possess a valid security license as required.
• Ability to be trained and certified in an Armed capacity.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction to Field Officers.
• Conduct inspections of officers in the field.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of assigned staff.
• Respond to incidents proactively in the field.
• Ensure compliance with Alarm Response requirements.
• Assist in developing training plans and measurement tools.
