United Rentals is seeking a Site Operations Manager – Projects for the Matting Region. You will oversee multiple crews, ensure project profitability and customer satisfaction, and work with Foremen and Regional Directors to staff jobs with equipment and personnel.

Travel to remote project locations is required; you will develop labor plans, monitor safety programs, and ensure timely submittals, billing data accuracy, and project closeout documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read environmental maps and drawings (P&P).
• Experience in civil construction or utility estimating.
• Proven analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to remote project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 2–5 foremen; schedule, coordinate, and manage daily activities.
• Ensure project profitability and monitor weekly/bi-weekly progress.
• Oversee purchases within PO expectations and project budgets.
• Maintain project records through closeout and archive with Regional Director.
• Plan labor efficiently to meet budgets and schedules.
• Drive foreman development and assess performance.
• Review rate and labor changes with adherence to laws.
• Record daily time entries; proficient with B2W Track.
• Draft change orders with PM and client for billing.
• Create punch lists and manage closeout timelines with PM.
• Participate in bid reviews and support pre-close walkthroughs.
