Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Georgia is seeking a Field Operations Team Lead to guide loaner kit and order fulfillment, and to oversee the distribution of products and services for our representatives and customers.

You will track inventory, perform cycle counts, support audits, and optimize warehouse utilization while maintaining audit readiness. Travel is approx. 10% and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• A BS/BA degree is needed for the role, however in lieu of a degree 6+ years of equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call/participate in rotational on call as needed
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Meet established metrics for operations (i.e.turns, service levels).
• Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits/products for compliance with specifications and usage.
• Maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety compliance.
• Process orders for products with distribution, sales, shipping and warehouse teams to expedite or trace deliveries.
• Investigate customer complaints and track service levels to solve discrepancies.
• Utilize scheduling processes for surgeries and coordinate with internal resources for product obtainment.
• Lead managerial duties including training, coaching, performance management and recruitment.
