Job summary

Exceptional Holiday Lighting in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an Operations Manager Assistant to support day-to-day operations in the warehouse and on the field. This hands-on role requires actively coordinating field crews, loading and staging equipment, and ensuring gear and materials are ready for installations.

You will supervise safety and performance, assist with onboarding, and perform light mechanical repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, and medium-duty machinery.

Responsibilities

• Field & Equipment Operations: Safely operate medium-duty equipment to transport materials and support installations.
• Tool & Inventory Management: Use, inspect, and manage tools and equipment.
• Fleet & Logistics Support: Coordinate vehicle maintenance and diagnose minor field issues.
• Warehouse & Physical Staging: Manage stock, staging areas, and prepare daily jobs.
• Operations & Onboarding: Assist with recruiting, onboarding new hires, and crew scheduling.
• Crew Leadership & Disciplinary Measures: Supervise operations, enforce safety, address violations.
• Light Mechanical Repairs: Perform diagnostics and basic repairs on fleet.
