Requirements include 2+ years in installation or construction, 1+ year in a supervisory role, and a high school diploma or equivalent; a driver’s license and ability to work outdoors are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of installation/construction experience.
• 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with seasonal decor or lighting installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to installation technicians and oversee installation processes.
• Participate in installations.
