Qualifications

• 3+ years in junk removal with knowledge of the area and industry.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.
• Available full-time, including some Saturdays and on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily junk removal jobs and work alongside the crew.
• Deliver great customer experiences and handle issues quickly.
• Dispatch and track trucks; coordinate with scheduling.
• Train, coach, and hold team members accountable.
• Enforce safety standards and company procedures.
• Track jobs, hours, and basic daily paperwork.
