Job summary

Maryland Environmental Service seeks a Field Operations Supervisor for the Cox Creek Dredge Containment Facility to oversee field activities, supervise staff, and manage equipment operations.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong written and oral communication; CDL is a plus. The position may involve overtime and adverse weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in field operations, recycling/solid waste or construction activities.
• Must have lead role in field operations, recycling/solid waste or construction activities.
• Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing (driver’s license required).

Responsibilities

• Manage field activity and supervise operational staff daily at the site.
• Oversee equipment operation and related administrative functions.
