Job summary

Expanse Electrical, a MidCentral company, seeks a Field Manager to lead a crew of frontline electricians and manage day-to-day service relationships with customer accounts. You will recruit, train, and develop personnel while coordinating with Operations, Project Management, and Sales to ensure safe, efficient service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, a working knowledge of electrical services and oilfield environments, and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ND Journeyman License required; Master Electrician preferred.
• 3+ years in account/project management, sales, or customer service in electrical/oilfield services preferred.
• Experience supervising electricians or field crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of frontline electricians, plan scheduling and workload with Operations.
• Recruit, interview, and hire electricians; coordinate with HR.
• Onboard new employees and ensure safety standards and customer requirements.
• Provide ongoing training and development for electricians.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address issues promptly.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Coordinate with Project Management, field leadership, and Sales for scope changes and billing.
