PEPL is seeking a Field Supervisor for a well-established conveyor belt manufacturer in Homer City, PA. The role focuses on supervising field and shop crews, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time service delivery for high-profile projects.

The position requires extensive belt installation and vulcanized splicing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and cross-functional communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Over 10 years belt installation and vulcanized splicing experience preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience in a services environment and customer management
• Knowledge of conveyor service practices and safety/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct work of field and shop crew; supervise operations and schedules.
• Hire, onboard, evaluate performance; disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure safety policies, conduct safety talks and audits.
• Maintain equipment and materials; ensure calibration and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on budgeting, KPIs and expenditures.
• Coordinate labor, equipment and logistics for field jobs.
• Meet with customers on opportunities and review job scopes.
• Provide leadership to meet customer service standards and KPIs.
