Job summary

Sineath Construction is seeking a Field Manager to lead on-site operations across Western North Carolina. You will supervise active sites, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.

The role demands 5+ years of on-site construction management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules and budgets using Excel and CoConstruct. Competitive salary and benefits offered for a full-time, onsite position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on-site construction management experience.
• Ability to run a job site from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
• Understanding of sequencing, safety compliance, and blueprint reading.
• Strong leadership and communication skills (in-person and digital).
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and project documents with Excel/CoConstruct.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for each project from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and trades on a safe, clean job site.
• Coordinate daily construction schedule and enforce safety/code compliance.
• Document logs, updates, site photos, schedules, and client communications (CoConstruct).
• Lead pre-construction, electrical walkthroughs, punchlist, and 12-month warranty meetings.
• Review subcontractor invoices, track budgets, and elevate change orders when needed.
• Represent the Sineath brand with integrity and proactive communication.
