Job summary

Hughes Environmental is a leader in industrial cleaning services across the Midwest and southeastern United States, seeking a Team Lead to supervise technicians on multiple projects at our Jackson, MS location. Training will be provided to develop leadership and project management skills.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with project teams, and ensure on-schedule delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Overnight travel is required and much of the work is done during 2nd or 3rd shift and on weekends.
• Experience working with warehouse setting.
• Must be comfortable working off High Reach Equipment and in enclosed spaces (ducts).
• Experience supervising individuals or groups.
• Must have good customer service skills and experience working with the public.
• Good record keeping and organizational skills; familiarity with computers (Word/Excel).
• Screening: Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check, Physical Exam.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects.
• Responsible for the whole project that has been assigned
• Coordinate and communicate with everyone involved with the project
• Attending scheduled onsite meetings
• Ensure risks and problems are identified before they occur and steps taken to prevent them
• Involved in every step of the project, from start to finish
