Job summary

Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee field teams, inventory, safety, and project logistics from mobilization to demobilization. This is a 2-year remote field assignment with travel and potential relocation for future projects; includes a take-home company vehicle, housing allowance, and per diem to support housing and travel costs.

Qualifications

5+ years in field operations or related logistics roles.
Leadership in safety-sensitive environments.
Experience with ERP systems and data reporting.
Valid driver's license and travel readiness.
Willingness to relocate for a 2-year field assignment.

Responsibilities

Lead field operations from mobilization through demobilization.
Coordinate site setup, inventory, equipment, and material handling.
Oversee receiving, inventory control, staging, delivery, and field issue resolution.
Maintain accurate inventory across yards, containers, vehicles, and jobsites.
Coordinate customer demand, project schedules, inbound supply, labor, and material availability.
Serve as primary on-site operations contact for customer field teams.
Lead and develop Project Materials and Fulfillment teams and temporary labor.
Promote safety culture and ensure PPE, equipment, and housekeeping compliance.
Monitor labor, overtime, equipment, freight, and project expenses.
Communicate shortages, risks, and schedule changes, developing recovery plans.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Safety, Quality, HR, IT, Finance, and branches.
Support inventory transfer, site restoration, and demobilization.
