Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking a Project Materials Supervisor for a two-year field assignment in Colorado. You will lead yard and materials operations, supervise coordinators and labor, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient material movement.

The role requires hands-on leadership in warehouse/yard operations, travel to project sites, and a company vehicle with housing allowance. OSHA-10 and CDL preferred, with benefits including medical and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse/yard operations, inventory, or field logistics.
• Proven leadership experience supervising materials teams.
• Experience with receiving, inventory control, staging, and resolving discrepancies.
• Experience using ERP/RF scanning and inventory systems.
• Forklift driving required; Class B CDL preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily receiving, put-away, inventory, picking, staging, and yard organization.
• Supervise Project Materials Coordinators and yard personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory, locations, and material status in systems.
• Resolve discrepancies, damaged materials, and location issues.
• Coordinate staging and deliveries with field teams.
• Maintain safety, traffic flow, and equipment operation.
• Conduct pre-shift safety discussions and updates.
• Ensure proper operation of material-handling equipment by trained staff.
• Support cycle counts, transfers, and project-related mobilization.
• Escalate issues to Field Operations Manager when needed.
