Job summary

The Stryker Group in Englewood, CO is seeking a Field Operations Associate to compile and inspect surgical kits for compliance with specifications and usage.

You will manage inventory, perform cycle counts, inspect materials for quality, and coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping and warehouses to resolve delivery and stock issues. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required, with on-call rotation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Participation in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.
• Manage inventory by tracking product movement and maintaining records.
• Perform cycle counts and inspect inventory for damage, defects, wear or expiration.
• Maintain warehouse organization for receiving, storing and preparing materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery and inventory issues.
• Support quality initiatives and ensure safety standards in the workspace.
• Manage inventory documentation, usage records and reporting.
• Collaborate to source alternative products or locations as needed.
