Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is offering a full-time, paid Summer Internship in Field Operations for Summer 2027. The program runs 10–12 weeks and provides immersive on-site experience at North American locations, focusing on jobsite coordination, safety, and customer interaction.

Interns will gain hands-on exposure to servicing, installing, and modernizing elevators/escalators while receiving training and performance feedback to develop essential field operations skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Construction, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
• Must be actively pursuing a degree and remain enrolled in an accredited program through Summer 2027.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist field teams with site coordination and safety.
• Support project execution at customer locations.
• Learn responsibilities of a Field Supervisor through hands-on tasks.
