Job summary

Hensel Phelps in Hawaii offers an internship program designed for students pursuing a 4‑year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture or Construction Management. Interns assist Field and Office Engineers in field and materials management, gaining hands‑on experience with submittals, RFIs, layout, and daily reports while supporting the safety plan.

Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoDesk Suite are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel-based templates.
• Pursuing a 4-year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture or Construction Management.
