Qualifications

• Candidates are pursuing a 4-year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with field and office teams.
• Familiarity with Excel-based templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoDesk Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Engineers and Office Engineers in field and materials management.
• Subcontractor management and submittal review support.
• RFI development and layout/surveying tasks.
• Prepare daily reports and support the safety plan as needed.
• Read blueprints and verify field measurements.
• Collaborate to ensure quality control on projects.
