Job summary

FH Construction Group offers a Field Operations Internship in Denver, CO (with opportunities in Jackson, WY and Eagle, CO). It is a 12-week, hands-on program with the field team to gain practical experience in scheduling, logistics, project documentation, and safety planning.

You will receive mentorship, housing stipend, and exposure to multiple areas of construction. Current students in Construction Management or Engineering who are curious and proactive will thrive.

• Support Field Operations with scheduling, logistics, and project documentation.

• Contribute to project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and problem solve.

Our Field Operations Intern supports the successful delivery of our projects by working alongside the field team and gaining hands‑on experience in construction operations. They're organized, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to jump in wherever they can add value. This role provides exposure to the day-to-day realities of construction while building a strong foundation in project management, field operations, and construction business operations.

Description

Your Immediate Impact:

Support Field Operations with scheduling, logistics, and project documentation.

Participate in safety planning and site walks, helping send every person on an FH site home safely.

Assist with material tracking, procurement, and coordination with trade partners.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, problem solve, and contribute ideas that make projects better.
